Step 1 – Discovery & Bid
We review drawings, specifications, schedules, and site conditions to understand the full scope of the concrete package.
We identify risks, access points, logistics, and dependencies with other trades, and prepare a clear proposal for cost and schedule.
Step 2 – Planning & Pre‑Construction Coordination
We participate in pre‑construction meetings when needed to align pour sequences, equipment access, deliveries, and safety requirements. We define a work plan with key dates, resources, and responsibilities, fully aligned with the general contractor’s master schedule.
Step 3 – Field Execution & Quality Control
Our crews perform structural concrete, flatwork, walls, ICF, paving, or tilt‑up work according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. We monitor tolerances, finishes, and curing, document progress, and proactively address any adjustments required in the field.
Step 4 – Close‑Out & Ongoing Support
We complete a final walkthrough with the project team to confirm that all concrete work meets technical and visual requirements. We provide the necessary documentation and remain available for additional phases, extensions, or complementary concrete work.
